You might have a question, a dream, a feeling, a life situation, a spiritual curiosity, or just a sense that something in you is ready for support. We can begin there.

Each 90-minute session is shaped by the women in the room.

Some sessions may feel more like a circle. Some may include coaching, mentoring, teaching, reflection, Akashic Records, intuition development, energy protection, ritual, creative work, or practical support around life, business, relationships, purpose, or confidence.

There will be structure, but there will also be space for what is real.

No. Sanctuary is not therapy and is not a replacement for mental health support.

It is a coaching, mentoring, spiritual, creative, and community space. You are always welcome to bring what is real, but if you are needing clinical or crisis support, this will not be the right container on its own.

You do not need to have the right words, beliefs, experience, or spiritual confidence. Curiosity is enough.

You might be deeply spiritual, quietly curious, or someone who sees signs and then immediately talks herself out of them. You are welcome here.

That is completely okay.

Everything will be introduced in a grounded and accessible way. You do not need to know how to read the Akashic Records, protect your energy, make a besom, create rituals, or understand all the things before you come.

That is part of what we can explore together.

Many women feel nervous before stepping into a new space. The group is intentionally small so it can feel safe, personal, and supportive. You will not be expected to perform, overshare, or have everything figured out.

You can arrive as you are.

There will be no more than 8 women.

That is intentional. I want this to feel intimate, safe, and personal, where each woman has space to be seen and supported.

We meet in person every 3 weeks for 90 minutes.

The investment is $197 per month.

You can cancel with written notice before your next billing cycle. Because spaces are limited and your place is held in a small group, please give as much notice as possible if you need to step away.

Because this is a small in-person group, sessions are not refunded if you are unable to attend. If possible, you may receive any notes, prompts, or practices shared during the session.
